Delivery Survival
Privacy Policy
Effective: October 13, 2026
Delivery Survival (the "game") is made by woweverstudio. This policy explains what information the game handles and how. The game does not ask you to sign up or sign in.
Information we do not collect
The game does not ask for or collect information that identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or advertising identifier (IDFA). The game has no ads, no in-app purchases and no chat.
Information we handle, and why
- Keeping your progress: an account number and a secret key that the game creates at random on your device (the server stores only a hash of the key), your game progress (game money, the riders you own, upgrade levels, records and tiers per city, daily missions, tutorial progress, and your frame-rate, sound and language settings), the platform and the app's build number. We handle these so you can get your progress back after reinstalling the app or changing iPhones.
- Usage analytics: a randomly created player number and session number, events in the game (app launch and pause, the start and result of each run, play time, deliveries and kills, distance, game money earned and the wallet balance, rider purchases and upgrades, daily missions, tutorial steps, your choice at an update prompt, restoring and deleting progress), the time of each event, the device model, the operating-system version, the app version, the game's language and the device's language, and whether the app was installed from TestFlight. We handle these to improve difficulty and the tutorial, to find errors and to produce usage statistics.
- Checking for updates: the platform, the app's build number and the list of features the app supports. Used only to check whether an update is needed, and not stored.
- Age range, only where the law requires it: in regions whose law makes apps confirm a user's age category (some U.S. states, for example), the game asks Apple for the age range of your Apple Account. It is used only on your device while the game is running. It is not stored and not sent to our server.
The account number and the player number are random values created by the game. They are not linked to your device's identifiers or your Apple ID, and we do not combine them with other information to identify you. While a request is processed, your IP address may briefly remain in the server provider's access logs, but it is not stored with game data.
Where it is stored
The information above is stored in a database service operated by Supabase Inc., in its Republic of Korea (Seoul) region, so it is transferred to and kept in the Republic of Korea. Transfers between the game and the server are encrypted with HTTPS.
Sharing and tracking
We do not provide or sell the information we handle to third parties. The game uses no third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics or tracking, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Retention and deletion
- Game progress: kept until you delete your data in the game; when you do, the server's copy is erased at once.
- Usage analytics: destroyed without delay once the purpose of improving the service is fulfilled or the service ends.
- Information stored on the device: deleting the app deletes the game's files on the device. The account information, however, stays in the iOS keychain so that your progress can be restored when you reinstall. To erase your progress completely, delete your data in the game.
Information on the server is deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.
Your rights
In the game's Settings, tapping Data → Delete erases your game progress on the server and on the device, and the game starts again with a new account. Deleting needs an internet connection. Because the game does not link an account to a real name or contact details, deleting in the game is the surest way to erase your progress. For any other request to access, correct or stop the handling of your information, or for questions, write to the email address below.
Children
The game does not collect information that identifies a person, such as a real name or contact details, from any user, including children.
Security
Transfers are encrypted with HTTPS, account keys are stored only as hashes, and the game cannot access the database directly: it can only call a fixed set of functions.
Apple services
Apple's own privacy terms apply separately to the services Apple provides, such as App Store downloads, TestFlight, iCloud backup and keychain, and diagnostics you have agreed to share.
